Ticket Terms and Conditions
We want to make things as simple as possible. Please read and accept the following terms and conditions before committing to purchasing tickets for our wonderful event.
1. Tickets are non-refundable
2. Ticket holders must present a copy of the ticket on their mobile phone to the Summer Arts in Buntingford personnel at the gate. Tickets, once scanned, will be exchanged for a non-reusable wristband. A printed copy is acceptable if you are unable to display on your phone
3. The ticket holder must wear the wristband for the duration of the concert. Anyone losing the wristband may be asked to pay the entry fee or asked to leave
4. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or change the programme or cancel the performance due to circumstances beyond their control amounting to Force Majeure without being obliged to exchange tickets or refund money
5. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 6. Children must always be supervised
7. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission
8. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk
9. Barbecues, sky lanterns, naked flames, drones, knives, illegal substances, glass bottles and drinking glasses ARE NOT PERMITTED
10. Random checks of bags and ticket holders may be carried out at any time during the event by the qualified security team
11. Recording equipment is NOT permitted
12. Summer Arts in Buntingford do not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness, injury to visitors, spectators, vehicles or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever
13. Ticket holders consent to being photographed / filmed / recorded as members of the audience
14. The data that the Organisers collect is used to process the booking and email the ticket(s). The organisers may send up to four emails per year with news of events in and around Buntingford. We never pass your details to third parties who intend to use it for their own purposes. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, please

15. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions in full
